What The Genius Switch is
The seller sells one recording, which it calls a "targeted auditory sequence". It runs for 8 minutes. The sales page heading also calls it the "Genius Switch Audio Series", but what the checkout and the Terms of Sale describe is a single copyrighted digital audio file for personal use.
It is not an app, a game, a pill or a device. You download the file to a phone or a computer and play it in whatever media player you already use. The seller's mockup shows a case and a disc, but nothing is posted to you.
Who presents it: the sales video is hosted by a man who introduces himself as Dr. Daniel Barone, a New York City neurologist. We could not verify his identity or his involvement, and the seller's Terms say testimonials and feedback may be dramatized with digital avatars or actors.

What the seller claims, and what we can say
Every benefit below is the seller's claim. None has been tested in a published study of this track.
| The seller says | What we can say |
|---|---|
| It brings insights, faster learning and better memory | Binaural beat research is mixed: a 2019 meta-analysis found a medium effect on some outcomes, but a 2023 review found most entrainment studies showed no brainwave change. Nothing tests this track. |
| It "has nothing to do with brain waves" | The same sales page lists studies on 40 Hz binaural beats and gamma stimulation as its references, which is a contradiction. |
| It is built on Roger Sperry's Nobel Prize work | Sperry won the 1981 Nobel Prize for split-brain research. "Whole brain activation" is the seller's term, not a clinical one. |
| Luck, promotions, money and relationships improve | On the casino story, the presenter himself says there is no evidence the track caused it. Treat the rest the same way. |
| Weight loss, quitting smoking, headaches and joint pain | Anecdotes in the video, not evidence. The site says the product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. |
| It "starts working the very first time you listen" | No published data supports a timeline. The seller's Terms say its products are provided for entertainment purposes only. |
The testimonials
The video features people introduced as "Lisa, a nurse from San Diego", "Matthew in Houston", "Ellie from Manhattan" and "Joyce Webb from Tempe". The seller's Terms say feedback may be acted out by avatars or actors, that some people featured may be early supporters, friends or family of the founders, and that testimonials are exceptional results. Do not read them as independent reviews.
The numbers
The sales page says "18,456 everyday Americans" have been helped and mentions "stacks of five star reviews". These are the seller's own figures and we could not verify them.
Price and refund terms
One payment, one download, and a 90-day window to change your mind. Read the note on the refund page too.
The Genius Switch audio track
$39 one-time
The sales page shows $200, $100 and $49 crossed out. Those are the seller's reference prices.
- 8-minute digital audio track
- 4 digital bonuses
- Emailed right after checkout
- 90-day money-back guarantee via the Terms and ClickBank
The four bonuses
As described in the video: a guided visualization from a creator the seller describes as top-rated on the Calm app; a smart grocery shopping guide on foods the seller links to brain fog, with saving tips; a copy of a classic book over 100 years old on attracting financial success; and a printable infographic of 5 habits.
The refund fine print
The Terms say digital products are refundable within 90 days of your initial purchase, and the ClickBank checkout says 90 days from the date of purchase. The site's separate refund page describes 60 days for unopened bottles of a different product, which does not fit a digital track. Keep your ClickBank receipt. The video's "$39 only through this video" and "not guaranteed beyond today" lines are sales urgency.
Who it suits, and who should skip it
May suit you
You like the idea of a short daily listening break, you are curious about binaural-style audio, and you will use the 90-day window if it does nothing for you.
Probably skip it
You want a proven way to improve memory or focus, or you are hoping for money, luck or weight loss. The evidence does not reach that far.
See a doctor instead
Your memory or concentration has changed, or you have epilepsy or hearing problems. A medical check comes first.
Questions, answered plainly
Is The Genius Switch an app or a game?
Neither. It is a single 8-minute digital audio track that is emailed to you after checkout. You download it and play it in any media player on a phone or computer. No app or game is offered on the site, the checkout or the sales video.
Is this the official Genius Switch website?
No. This is an independent review page published by Health for Weight Loss. Order buttons are affiliate links that take you to the seller's site and its ClickBank checkout, and we may earn a commission if you buy.
Who is the presenter in the video?
The presenter introduces himself as Dr. Daniel Barone, a New York City neurologist. We could not verify his identity or his involvement with the product, and the site's own Terms say testimonials and feedback may be dramatized with digital avatars or actors.
Does it work?
No published study has tested The Genius Switch track itself. Binaural beat research is mixed: one 2019 meta-analysis found a medium overall effect on some outcomes, while a 2023 review found most entrainment studies did not show the brainwave change. The benefits on the sales page are the seller's claims, and its Terms say the products are provided for entertainment purposes only.
How much does it cost and is there a refund?
The sales page offers it for $39 one-time, with $200, $100 and $49 shown as crossed-out reference prices. Checkout adds tax and shows your local currency. The Terms and the ClickBank checkout both describe a 90-day refund. A separate refund page on the site describes a policy for bottles of a different product, which does not fit a digital track.
Is it safe to listen to?
Our general advice for any audio product like this: keep the volume comfortable, never listen while driving or operating machinery, and ask a doctor first if you have epilepsy, a seizure history or a hearing problem. It is not a treatment for any condition.
Can I find it on Amazon, YouTube or Spotify?
The sales video says it is not sold on Amazon, YouTube or Spotify, and the presenter says tracks found there are not the same. The genuine site is geniusswitchoriginal.com, with checkout through ClickBank. Your card statement shows CLKBANK*GeniusSwitch.
